Asbestos removal and replacement. We would remove the asbestos following all official guidelines as we are SEPA approved (Scottish Environment and Protection Agency) and you would be provided with your certificate of disposal. We would then replace using anti condensation plastisol sheets, install new made to measure flashings and install new upvc guttering and downpipe.

We would build a frame onto your roof, leaving your existing roof sheets on and install rockwool insulation, install plastisol coated steel sheets, install made to measure flashings and install new guttering and downpipe. This system is more Cost effective and a cheaper option than full removal and replacement. Less disruptive and could potentially save thousands.
